ActewAGL Retail has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and result-driven individual to take on the role of a Marketing Specialist.
Reporting to the Marketing Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities within the Marketing portfolio, some of which are detailed below:
Some Key Specifics of the role
Deliver on the Retail content strategy end-to-end, including strategic planning and the production and amplification of content.
Deliver and manage communications for the Retail business, including working with business teams to deliver a coordinated and engaging communications and activations and assisting business leaders as needed to effectively deliver communications to their teams when required.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as creative agencies, and media contacts as well as influencers and industry experts to produce relevant deliverables (e.g. case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts etc.) that meet the needs of the business.
Build and manage various digital campaigns including template designs, calls-to-action and content and deliver accurate, timely and relevant reporting on these campaigns.
Utilise insights to track, measure and report digital channel and marketing activity performance and report back to the business.
Manage research and analytics tools, including but not limited to, Google Analytics, Sitecore insights, internal reports and customer data.
Access and interpret business and environmental data to deliver insights to business.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or at least three years marketing experience
Demonstrated experience in working across digital marketing mediums, including content marketing.
Proven experience in coordinating multichannel marketing initiatives and collaborating with key service providers, such as creative agencies, media suppliers, designers and printers.
Excellent verbal, written and copywriting skills across a variety of marketing mediums for a range of audiences
Demonstrated experience in reporting on the results of marketing initiatives to demonstrate return on investment to the business
Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
