Senior Cost Analyst

About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to join a dynamic EPCM team on a Renewables project. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the project's financial success and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare project progress curves using schedule and resource data.
• Establish man-hour and cost budgets based on services estimate.
• Monitor and record expended man-hours, applying contract rates to determine project costs.
• Input and analyse project cost data.
• Develop capital cost budget aligned with project WBS.
• Allocate budget to purchase orders and contracts, tracking committed, actual, and forecast costs.
• Utilise earned value performance metrics to analyse and report project performance.

Key Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the resources or EPCM sector.
• Proficiency with cost control software and financial management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
