More than ever, today’s PMOs are seeking to rise above the boom/bust cycle that threatens their own sustainability and the productivity of their organisation’s operations. Incorporating new methodologies, including agile techniques and operational transformations, will position the PMO for ongoing success as trailblazers of their organisation’s objectives and strategic alignment. A leader’s focus determines the reality of their team’s success, by driving productivity, efficiency and incorporating new techniques to achieve excellence through delivery. To add real value and cement a sustainable future within the organisation, PMO leaders must develop this focus alongside a culture of adaptability and flexibility, which is essential to transition smoothly through a volatile environment.

All water industry personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of urban, rural and industrial water related infrastructure for the management, conveyance, treatment, discharge and reuse of water and trade wastes should attend this conference.
