Civil Project Engineers | Pumped Hydro - [Archived Advertisement]

THE WHAT:
Stellar Recruitment is recruiting up to 6 Civil Project Engineers to provide engineering advice across this major renewable project in the Sunshine Coast with scope including earthworks, dams, roads, bridges, and associated structures. This multi-billion dollar Pumped Hydro project is one of two in the state, and we are looking for a number of Junior to Intermediate Civil Project Engineers to join the project for an ASAP start.
  
You know what it means to be a Civil PE: you’re providing technical engineering support, reviewing designs to ensure compliance, managing SE’s and supervisors, overseeing QA functions, scheduling and programming works, and implementing asset management strategies.
   
This role is working Monday to Friday , preference is to be based at their Sunshine Coast Office near Nambour for easy access to and from site, whilst candidates from Brisbane will also be considered to work from their Brisbane CBD HQ. These positions are offered as full-time permanent positions. With the first power expected in 2030, there is a huge opportunity to grow your career with this iconic project.
  
Salary wise, we are looking between $110,000 - $130,000 + 12.75% super, depending on experience. The real kicker being the size, scope and opportunity to develop on this project whilst in the early stages of development.
   
THE REQUIREMENTS:
You’ll have:

• A Civil Engineering degree or similar
• 3+ years experience working across a range of civil infrastructure – earthworks, dams, roads, pumped/power storage schemes, or bridges
• Experience working on major infrastructure projects with government-owned entities (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of the WHS Act and associated regulations
