We are searching for a HR Advisor to join our team in a permanent capacity. Reporting to the HR Advisory Team Leader, you will provide a range of timely, efficient and effective HR advisory services. The role focus is to ensure successful management of all HR operational matters and support Leaders and employees through day to day activities while also seeking to continually improve the HR operations and advisory function

The HRA will: 

  • Provide timely HR advice and support on a range of HR policies, processes and protocols to leaders and staff
  • Proactively respond to feedback and concerns, following up or escalating as required
  • Under direction of their Leader manage or support a broad range of HR and ER/IR matters including undertaking investigations
  • Coordinate support and assist the roll out of activity across organisational restructures and other change management activity (working closely with the HRBP and Leaders)
  • Coordinate and implement HR projects, processes, practices, culture and continuous improvement initiatives that build an effective and efficient HR Advisory function and brand
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the broader Human Relations Team.
  • Provide assistance and support to all levels of employees and leaders across the organisation.

You will have :

  • Previous experience in a large or complex organisation in a similar role
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively and be willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Continuous commitment to staying updated on HR best practices and have a demonstrated knowledge of fair work legislation, industrial awards and legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to engage with leaders within the business.
  • A bachelor's degree in in Human Resources, Psychology or related field and/or relevant experience.
  • High level of attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Experience in guiding employees through transitions and fostering a positive attitude towards change.
