About the Role: 

A newly created position within our Technical team due to expansion and growth. Permanent, full time opportunity in our Byron Bay HQ. 

• Solar Technical Support: Be the go-to guru for all things solar! Assist our customers, installers and Sales team with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Your expertise will shine bright like the sun!
• Sales Support and Training: Illuminate the sales team with your technical brilliance. Provide support in understanding electrical systems and conduct training sessions with the Technical Team to ensure everyone is on board with the solar energy revolution.
• Installer Support: Be the backbone for our installers! Offer on-site commissioning support, ensuring flawless execution of solar installations. Your hands-on approach will ensure our projects are as smooth as a Byron Bay sunrise.
• Customer Support: Shine in customer interactions! Address customer concerns, provide guidance on system usage, and spread the sunshine with your positive and helpful attitude.
• Liaison Extraordinaire: Collaborate with manufacturers to keep our products top-notch. Discuss defects, propose improvements, and engage in training sessions to keep our team at the cutting edge of solar technology.
• Mentorship: Light the way for junior technicians! Share your wisdom, provide guidance, and assist in their professional growth. Your mentorship will be the catalyst for their success.

About You: 

• Electrical qualifications and a passion for renewable energy.
• Proven experience in solar technical support and installation.
• Strong communication skills to brighten up customer interactions and team collaborations.
• A shining personality and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Seeking a career in the Northern Rivers and available to work in our Byron Bay HQ
• Available to work full-time - Monday - Friday
