About the role:

As the Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst, you will independently manage and execute the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Controls Assurance program, Business Continuity Framework, and other governance mechanisms. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our risk maturity and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Identifying, documenting, and testing critical controls to determine effectiveness, collaborating with stakeholders to address control deficiencies
  • Facilitate and perform bi-annual risk reviews and business impact analysis.
  • Utilising the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) System as a centralised tool for effective control management
  • Running exercises, workshops and meetings across the business as required relating to risk management
  • Preparing and delivering comprehensive assurance reports based on assessments and findings

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Proven risk management experience within a highly regulated industry
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to recommend improvements
  • Experience designing and successfully implementing new strategies that deliver cost savings, service improvement and/or higher team performance.

This role would be best suited to someone who has experience within a highly regulated environment and enjoys acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on risk management, compliance, and control matters.
