ActewAGL is seeking an experienced Aurion systems professional for a 12 month opportunity to provide support to the People and Safety team and wider business to ensure system compliance and implement business improvements initiatives in the HR Information Management System.

About the role

The Aurion Systems Coordinator position will be required to develop relationships with key stakeholders to implement system enhancements that meet business needs. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting system processes, providing technical advice and support, conduct reporting, resolve complex system and payroll issues; and provide support to People and Safety for all processes in the Aurion system.

What are we looking for?

The successful applicants will have:

  • extensive experience in Aurion and all associated modules (including query tool)
  • demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
  • extensive configuration experience
  • knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in delivering system related enhancements to support business improvement initiatives

Successful candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to meet changing business requirements, manage priorities and competing deadlines.
