The School of Life and Environmental Sciences is the largest of four schools in the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment and continues to grow its teaching and research programs. The school has close associations with a number of Deakin’s strategic research centres – the Centre for Integrative Ecology (CIE), Centre for Regional and Rural Futures (CeRRF), Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, and Centre for Molecular and Medical Research (MMR).

As a Lecturer, you will be required to teach in the areas of environmental protection, waste management and sustainability at the Burwood Campus, and support research and publishing in areas relevant to this discipline. This position will also focus on research and external engagement within the broad field of environmental protection, relevant to the management of air, land and water pollution.

Based at our Melbourne Burwood Campus, this full time continuing role sits within the School of Life and Environmental Sciences.
