The Role

Eutility have a new role within an expanding department for an engineer with specialist experience in energy efficiency project development and delivery. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing, surveying and reporting on the energy and utility performance of sites by conducting energy audits (Level 2), industry based rating assessments (such as NABERS) and Eutility’s propriety energy data online portal, SmartEnergy.

You will develop solutions, identify and procure fit for purpose technologies and services to achieve energy savings identified, and project manage the delivery of those solutions. You will be required to work with multiple stakeholders with the aim to ensure the best valued engineering solutions in energy related areas. You will support, and be supported by, members in the Energy Management Team to ensure a quality service for our clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years post education industry experience in consulting and project management working on existing commercial, industrial and retail properties
  • Tertiary qualification relevant to the electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Demonstrated passion for sustainability and the key delivery side of emission reduction
  • Proven ability to meet client needs and deliver sound and well-structured solutions
  • Accredited NABERS Assessor desirable. Willingness to undertake NABERS ratings for key clients
  • Good working knowledge of MS Suite of products being Word, Excel,  Power Point and Outlook
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
