Design Manager

Seeking a design manager for a Major Biofuel project with a background in Piping in Oil and Gas or Mining projects.

About the role

• CBD based role.
• Major local Oil and Gas project.
• Roles reports into the Piping department lead.
• Permanent and contract considered.

Requirements

• Ensures HSE has the highest priority in all activities undertaken by engineering and design.
• Helps to develop and implement design standards, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality of design deliverables
• Oversees the 3D modelling activities by all disciplines, ensuring the 3D model adheres to all project and regulatory standards
• The Design Manager is not directly responsible for the generation of project deliverables but is a support function to the engineering design team
