We are looking for a Business Development Manager, to lead the growth and diversification of our channels to market in NSW.
This role is not a sales at all cost role, it’s main focus is on the quality of relationships you build using our values based sales process. You will be someone that is able to naturally develop and foster strong relationships built on decently and trust. This role will involve managing and developing existing relationships with builders, plumbers and electricians and balancing the need to manage existing customers as well as winning new business. Experience within the energy industry would be a great advantage.
We need someone that can be the face of Red to our Builders channels so your down to earth honest approach along with your exceptional attention to detail and problem solving ability will see you do well in this channel.
To succeed in this role you will be naturally curious and come with a positive energy and a thirst for success. You understand the importance of maintaining quality relationships through delivering an exceptional customer experience will lead to new sales opportunities. You’re some that is always on the lookout for your next sales opportunity
Whilst this role will require you to work autonomously, you will still be an integral part of the team, with a constant stream of support and guidance. Of course, we’ll provide you with all the tools of the trade to set you up for success.
