Our People & Performance team is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our high performing, high touch team.  You will be responsible for working across the business providing professional advice and support to your customer group. 

You have sound generalist knowledge that you’ve applied in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Equally important, you have a strong drive to deliver workable outcomes for business operations and use your knowledge and commerciality to deliver pragmatic and speedy results.  Not afraid to get your hands dirty with operational HR, this role will also see you support internal customers through HR related matters to achieve positive business outcomes. 

You have a strong focus on your internal customer, and you know you exist to deliver to them. Your credibility enables you to build trust with your business partners. You work at your best under pressure and thrive on complex and challenging situations, and never take things at face value.  Your ability to analyse risks and mitigate and manage them will see you succeed in this role. You will have worked on projects across an organisational level and understand how to manage priorities. A curious mind with a passion for data is essential as you will work on reporting and analytics for the People & Performance team.
