Have you got what it takes to make a real difference? We are seeking a motivated Coordinator for our Solar Saver Program. The role will lead the innovative and award-winning Darebin Solar Saver program.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of the Solar Saver program to low income households, residents and businesses. The Coordinator Solar Saver Program leads a small team of highly skilled professionals responsible for the delivery of Council’s $20 million dollar residential and commercial Solar Saver Program, and the residential bulk buy program. The position is responsible for the performance and outcomes of this team.

The successful applicant will possess:
• Sound knowledge and commitment to environmental and sustainability issues and in particular residential solar PV installation
• Demonstrated expertise and experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects and programs, or other comparable projects or programs, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and quality expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to establish and maintain sound effective working relationships residents, stakeholder organisations, the community and effectively communicate complex issues
