Have you got what it takes to make a real difference? We are seeking a motivated Energy Project Officer to join our Environment and Community Outcomes team at Darebin Council to contribute to a coordinated response to the Climate Emergency.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivery of high quality energy efficiency and renewable energy action for Council operations, reviewing Darebin climate change strategy and reporting on greenhouse emissions.

The successful applicant will possess:
• Sound knowledge and commitment to environmental and sustainability issues particularly energy efficiency and renewable energy
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Greenhouse and utility data management and reporting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to establish and maintain sound effective working relationships stakeholder organisations and the community and effectively communicate complex issues.
