  • Starting salary from $94,000 + 15% superannuation

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated People & Culture Advisor. Reporting to a HR Business Partner you will enjoy responsibility for day-to-day People and Culture activities and the provision of quality HR services in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, capability development and HR policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a People & Culture Advisor you will:

  • Perform talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Provide support to business partners, managers and employees on various HR related topics to assist in the program delivery and service provision
  • Assist in the review of current People and Culture processes and the implementation of improved process changes
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
  • Maintain HR systems including employee records and report generation as required
  • Undertaken projects, initiatives and activities in accordance with relevant strategies and procedures

Skills & Experience

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum 3-5 years generalist HR recruitment experience and/or equivalent
  • Solid end to end recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated solid level of knowledge and understanding of human resource legislation, concepts and practices and how these are applied in the workplace
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage, partner, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • System savvy including a strong knowledge of MS Office and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced working environment
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree level in human resources management and/or equivalent experience
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Confidentiality, tact and discretion
