Senior Health and Fitness for Work Specialist - Permanent, Full Time

In this lead role you will take a proactive approach in the consideration of the Health and Safety of people at work, our communities, our contractors and visitors.

As the Senior Health & Fitness for Work Specialist you will be responsible for the development, implementation and governance of the Health and Fitness for Work Program. You will provide specialist advice and support directed towards ensuring Powerlink continues to meet it's regulatory, contractual and governance obligations. In doing so you will contribute to achieving performance improvement through the adoption of best practice Health and Fitness for Work principles and learning's.

Who are you?

You are an expert in developing and implementing successful Corporate Health and Fitness for Work Programs, interpreting and analysing standards, practices, processes and data in order to generate information and reports to support managers in their decision making processes. Your overall drive and ambition is to help the business understand related risk, data and develop and implement management practices that create a safe and healthy working environment for all.

If you believe that you have the required experience in providing professional advice to management and stakeholders on developing and implementing Health and Fitness for Work Programs within high risk industries, the application of Australian Health and Fitness for Work Legislation and managing Allied Health Service and Support Contracts supported by either a Bachelor in Health Science, Degree in HSE or Occupational Health, we encourage you to submit your application now.
