About the role

You will drive the development of new initiatives and opportunities for First Nations partnerships for training, employment and subcontracting opportunities for First Nations communities.

You will spend a considerable amount of time on working at our project and business locations throughout Queensland and need to drive an off road 4-wheel drive.

Your role plays a part in helping to connect Queenslanders to a world-class energy future, as well as being an important contributor to our RAP principles and goals.

About You

You have established and strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and associated government departments. Your strong knowledge and passion for cultural heritage, Native Title and landholder issues has been utilised in a previous role to deliver community centred outcomes.

You can demonstrate previous successful consultations and negotiations with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander groups, stakeholders and landowners, that included_ development proposals and drafting and implementing agreements.

Your qualifications will include a degree in archaeology, anthropology, social science or environmental science or related.

Importantly, you deeply resonate with the values that are the core of our business: Teamwork; Safety; Accountability and Customer.
